Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a code on the pape work in the box but it is the same as the on on the bottom of the modem/ router. When I Hooked mine up it took me to the arris page in the paper work that came with it tells you the user name and password to use the you can go in and highlight the passcode and dele it and make one easy for you to remember. I think the user name is Admin and password is Password try it this way or all lower case or upper case. Good luck
