“Is the Puma 6 Chipset still an issue with these and other Arris modems?”

• Yes. I just bought this last week and I'm getting horrible latency. I'm getting ready to return it and buy something else. Currently looking at the SB8200, which is supposed to use a Broadcom chipset.
