The first and last lights should be green. The center 2 lights should be blue if you have activated it properly with you signal provider.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Top light is off/on indicator, glows green during normal operation. Second light is down link indicator, glows bright blue when in normal operation. Third light is up link indicator, glows bright blue during normal operation. Bottom light is light green, matching the top light, and is on when connected to the internet during normal operation. The lights come on one by one from the top while linking to the internet. The second and third lights go from green to bright blue once the signal is locked in. If it stops with the first two lights green you aren’t getting a signal and will need the cable repair person to check it. On rare occasions it can be connected by speaking with the cable company and following their guidance.
