Is this Arris Surfboard compatible with ATT fiber?? null

AT&T has not allowed the use of a customer provided Router or Modem for their FIber Optic Internet Service. Recently, they have allowed the use of a customer provided router (not modem) behind their equipment which requires some network technology knowledge. If you have an interest in running your own equipment I would check with AT&T as policies change from time to time. I bought this modem for use with Comcast Internet specifically and it is excellent. It is my second Arris router (the first is still operation and is backup equipment and to run behind the primary modem (DMZ) for some home automation.
