“I bought the white and blue version, but they are not working with Xbox series S. Does anyone have suggestions on how to make it work? I made sure to plug them in all the way, but sound still comes from TV. I can faintly hear noise on headset.”

• Have you checked the audio mixer on your Xbox? Push the Home button and go down to the speaker icon. If not it might be your controller. I use mine on a Xbox series s
