Q: QuestionWhy doesn't the mic work. It does sometimes, but alot of times it doesn't register. I can hear everything, but can't communicate. How is this not a waste of money?

Q: QuestionI want to use this between my mac mini for work and my xbox series x, do i just move the usb dongle between the systems? Or do I buy an extra dongle and flick a switch to go from one system to another?

• A:Answer It comes with a small usb stick ( like a mini usb drive) that you stick into any of the ports on your playstation 4. When I plugged mine in the day I got it, it connected with the headphones right away.
