“Sound Issue Though my volume settings are maxed, I can barely hear sounds, and the strange thing it seems like sound probably goes down as the youtube video plays along. Sometimes the sound is totally fine and sometimes barely audible. Am I missing something?”

I went through the same thing. What I noticed is if I cuff my hands under the speakers that point downwards, the volume is louder, the volume has something to bounce off of when it is in my lap.
