Does it come with web cam null

It does come with skype and a camera but the quality of this camera is very poor. I am currently looking for any way to improve it, but they are grainy and Unusable... I would not use this camera to skype or take any kind of pictures. If you have a basic cell phone those pictures will be of a much better quality.
