- Answer The preinstalled 1TB SSD is a PCIe NVMe M.2 drive. There is only one SSD slot, no secondary slot is available.

Questioni just bought this laptop a few days ago and the camera specs say that its a 2 megapixel camera but when i go to the camera settings the maximum is 0.9 megapixels 720p. is this a mistake a fraud or is there something i have to do or update? HEEEELLPPPPPP

- Answer The camera is HD and in order to get HD resolution, please ensure Windows, camera and video drivers are up to date.

QuestionI am traveling to Australia in 2021 can I buy a power cable or adapter for the 240v power they have down-under for this laptop?

- Answer As long as you have a adapter for the prong you should be okay as most modern electronics are dual voltage from 120- 240V input which the power brick included is rated for. If you want to be extra safe I recommend a step down, but i had my other laptop in a country with a very unreliable power output which was also dual voltage rated and it survived so you should be good.

QuestionHow well does this laptop perform without a Pen/Stylus? I like the specs on this laptop, but I'm concerned that I would need to buy a pen/stylus to accompany it. It's not a necessity for me right now, but I would definitely like to know if it should be.

- Answer Works just great w/0ut the Pen stylus! Use this computer daily for personal use email, web search etc. and have never had the need for the Pen.

QuestionWhy is the trackpad centered with the entire keyboard including the numberpad? Most trackpads are off to the left when there is a numberpad so it is centered with the keyboard area for typing. Curious if anyone thinks that is uncomfortable when typing?

- Answer I haven't found it to be an issue. There is an option to turn the track pad off via keyboard shortcut so you don't hit it while typing.
