- Answer This system does utilize Windows' Hello feature to unlock your computer. Note: it doesn't have a finger print reader so the other options to unlock your laptop would either be by pin code or general password. I hope this is helpful.

- Answer it will downscale. it is an EXTREMELY cheaply built computer for entry level but the price says otherwise. Taking mine back to the store tomorrow morning.

QuestionI am trying to connect a second monitor and am having zero luck. I've tried a USB C to HDMI adapter and also a USB C docking station. Each time I try to connect a monitor that way I get "Display connection might be limited". What am I doing wrong?

- Answer You CANNOT use a USB-C to HDMI adapter or a hub to connect video to this. It does NOT support it. This has been verified both through ASUS directly and by the icon next to the port itself, which just shows it as a generic 3.1 gen 1 port with no video capability.
