• Not sure about “all”...but it does have Google Doc. Since they are both claiming Chromebook status, my best guess, having not used the Acer, is yes.

• Yes, the Chromebook does have all applications incorported with your Google or Gmail account, like Google Docs, which is pretty standard on all Chromebook brand.
