• The intel i3 will run somewhat faster. That is the reason that I choose it over the AMD-8

• This is a Windows 10 OS. The processor is the i3. Intel. The AMD-8 is made by a different company. The i3 is higher end but not an i5 nor i7.

• NO! AMD-8 is the HP processor and it is not as fast as the i3 processor. I just got rid of an HP laptop because it was too slow.

• The other two answers are both correct. However, although the i3 is technically faster, there is not enough difference in speed to really notice. That is, the difference in speed can be measured, but not by the naked eye. Hope this helps.
