• I'm not sure if I understand the question but I can confirm that you can disable the trackpad if that is what you meant. Its a simple "Function button" + "F5" command to enable/disable. I often use this machine (and every laptop) with a wireless mouse and HATE typing and touching the trackpad, so that feature was a must for me.
