• Hi BAN, You can upgrade it. I believe it was only a single slot. It has to be the low power card though. BestBuy recommends purchase it on NewEgg or some other site as they don't sell it in store (according to Geeksquad).

• You can upgrade this to 8GB. But make sure it is the low power, i was going to have mine upgraded on the spot of purchase but they didn't have the ram in store! Geeksquad actually said BestBuy don't sell it, they recommend NewEgg. Hope this helped.
