It runs cooler compared to the last version gl502. That being said it’s a small and thin laptop with a 1070gpu. It’s going to be around 81c-84c under gaming load. This laptop does get loud but headphones while playing will completely drown it out. When gaming there will be a lot of heat expelled through the back vents but again it’s thin and light. If you want better cooling go for something much more bulky and odds are you can say goodbye to the 144hz gsync panel as well.
