“Why is this 4gb instead of 8gb ram? amazon, bhphoto, newegg, and many other sites (pretty much every other retailer) sell this laptop with 8gb of ram not 4gb. does bestbuy take out a 4gb stick before shipping it out or something? i find this really odd. I would like to purchase this item if the 4gb was just a mistake on the listing and its truly 8gb.”

• I bought the computer when it said 4GB with the intention to upgrade to 8GB but when I received this computer, I noticed on the packaging that it actually is 8GB. The listing is incorrect in this case. (;
