“Does it work well with Autodesk and Revitt? Would you recommend it to be used with autocad and revitt? Aside from college related work, I won't use it much (no gaming or movie watching or picture storing/web surfing).”

I haven't tried it with either of the software mentioned. However, I believe it should work.. I teach in a college and have seen machines with less ram and slower processors run both.
