I'm not sure if they changed it after you submitted your question. I know the nicer version of this laptop was cheaper when I bought it because of the special discount they were running for the holidays. The MSRP on the 2880x1620 version is definitely higher than the 1920x1080 version. As for HD vs Full HD. Well, 2880x1600 is not 4K nor is it QHD, it is technically 3K I think. But I've never seen an official name for it. So I think they just list it as HD. Its a very uncommon resolution.
