• Well you have 2 easy to reach slots for RAM, 1 screw gets you to them. They are empty and I believe support 16gb RAM modules. This same screw gets you to the laptops only 2.5" harddrive slot and two m.2 SSD slots.

• This model unit comes with 12GB RAM and 1TB 5400RPM HDD. It does not have expansion slot for RAM and it does not have secondary drive bay. Please be advised that it might void the warranty if anything gets damaged on your unit.
