Be sure you are prepared to download basic office software, as it seems focussed on gaming essentials and does not come with office nor did it print wirelessly easily for me. Lastly, be sure you can access basic programs you wish to use, like dvd playback software as it doesn't come peloaded able to play those either! Lol
