• I don't see any reason why it couldn't this plays Deus Ex: Mankind Divided on ultra @1080p with a solid 90fps for me

• I don't play Sims. But I assume so. It can maintain 60-70 fps in Metro Last Light on max settings which is graphics intense.

• Absolutely, it'll run extremely easy and smooth - Sims 3 in general is a very low demanding game while this laptop is built for high ones.
