“Has anyone else had a problem with the sound not being quite loud enough at top volume?”

• Ensure that you have sound equalization selected in sound options.

• Speakers aren't the loudest, but it isn't a hardware problem. I use in-ear head phones anyways and its great.

• Try amplifying the sound with a cup. I use CloudX headphones and the sound is beautiful. I also have kids so the laptop speakers are just fine. Bluetooth compatible, you could look into wireless speakers...
