Does this display have the ability to run at 120hz? null

I watched a review for this laptop and i believe it is 75hz, but with gsync you shouldn't worry.

No. However, you can reliably overclock the display to 100Hz. I own this laptop and that is what I have done and have been able to reach a max of 103Hz.
