• no lag....i get 45- 60 frames easily

• No, I experiance quite a bit of low fps drops in GTA V. It's likely because of the low CPU and memory.

• I have not specifically played GTA V via Steam but play other current games on max graphics with no issues. There is even a dedicated STEAM launcher button on the top left of the keyboard.
