“Can a SSD be added ? Can a SSD be put into this computer ? Does it have a space for it ? I am comparing the Dell that has the 256 SSD or this one that I could add one. I really love the Asus Brand ! But want a SSD.”

• I just added a 240GB Sandisk SSD, runs great.

• It does have the option to expand the memory to 8GB from the 6GB on board. So it's possible to open up the bottom. So I suspect you can add a SSD. You'd probably void the manufacturer's warranty though. I was drawn to Dell with the 256GB SSDs but the reviews regarding the bad screen flicker turned me off.
