I've had the bottom off of this laptop to inspect the options for expansion and the battery is internal and not difficult to access. It is held down by several screws, and you'll have to unplug it from the motherboard. I personally haven't pulled the battery but wouldn't hesitate to do so if it needed replacing. Battery model number is C41N1533 for mine.

They mentioned that its not recommended to do yourself unless you are computer savvy. Apparently, its not very easy to remove all the hardware to get to the battery. That's what I can tell you.

Please try again later.Well, It is a good question, the battery dies after 4-6 hours, depending on its use, and it doesn't have a battery door, so I would think that it's not easily replaceable, you will need to unscrew the bottom and change it. There are 10 screws in the bottom
