You may need to apply more pressure than you're used to, in order to get the jack all the way in. When I first inserted it, nothing happened. When I pressed it in harder, some great bass started to come out of the subwoofer
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I havent used the speakers much so i cant comment on that, however, my subwoofer does work so you must have gotten a faulty one. i am sure they will make it right if you take in your receipt and the faulty speaker and explain.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had my ASUS laptop now for a while with no speaker issues - Just tested it again and all worked fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not have this issue with the speakers. You may need to reinstall your sound drivers. The subwoofer I have found must be plugged in completely. By this I mean the plug must be fully inserted into the port, I had to push way harder than what I was comfortable pushing to get it to work. After discovering this, it works every time I plug it in.
