You need to check with Asus regarding drivers. Nvidia-distributed drivers may or may not work. Cooling might also be an issue. The interface and size are standardized but you should check the height of any new graphics card you may be considering (for case clearance). You will also need very tiny TORX tools to disassemble the case.
