If you install Windows 7, there is no guarantee that you will be able to find compatible drivers. In particular, I think you will lose the USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 capability, as this did not exist when Windows 7 was a "current" operating system. You could try using a third party software driver installation program that will search the Internet for compatible drivers for your machine on Windows 7, but some capabilities are virtually certain to be lost if you take this route. This laptop comes with Windows 10 Home Edition, which is superior to Windows 7, in my opinion. Faster boot ups, far fewer blue screens of death, minimal freezing. But to each his/her own...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Windows 10 is superior to Windows 7 in so many ways, that this question begs to ask why you would consider such a move. If you have an application issue, the app vendor probably has an upgrade/update for same.. Otherwise you would be creating so many points of failure going back to Windows 7 if there are no certifiable driver available.. I suggest you NOT purchase this unit, if reverting back to Windows 7 is your concern.
