1. Intel i7 7500u @ 3.5GHz 2. No idea bro. 3. Honestly, If you're solely going to video edit and nothing else, MacBook is your way to go. If you want to casually game or do other high end tasks, get a windows computer.

They are purpose built for such tasks. Your editing 4K video I assume you have spent some money on a camera, dont cheap out on a laptop that you will hate using to edit.
