Is a charger a bulky and heavy? Is a USB type c a 3.0 or 3.1? null

There are 3 USB-A 3.0 ports and 1 USB-C 3.1 port. The power brick is relatively light but the cords are on the long side.

Compared to my Alienware power adapter, it isn't bulky or heavy at all. I've already passed it on to my boss, but I think the power adapter was about 3" x 3".
