I've had this happen a couple times. If you have it in sleep mode, it'll boot right up. However, if you shut it down, you may need to press the power button a couple times in a row in order to get it to boot. If it doesn't respond to that, call Asus's customer support at http://www.asus.com/us/support/ and go from there.
