QuestionBought this laptop 1 week ago open box. Loaded all my programs, on Monday at work when I loaded one of the ports the screen went negative black....then back to normal. Is that a bad graphic card?

- Answer I've had the laptop for over a year and a half and I've found that 9/10 crashes come from Windows 10 as it is a very buggy OS, but I have overloaded the graphics card and memory a couple times running games on optimum settings with 30 chrome tabs open, so it's probably Windows.

- Answer This would seem to be a warranty issue. Unless mistreated, The battery should have held up for much longer. I would work with Best Buy on a solution. (Ie: Geek Squad)

QuestionHas anyone used a datacolor display calibrator on this 2 in 1? I am wondering about the display color gamut percentage. Is it 100% srgb and 100% adobe rgb? Thank you.

- Answer I definetly wouldnt expect it to run on anything more than low. The GPU is a few years out of date and only 2gb ddr3.

QuestionUnder a heavy load, how hot does this PC get? I might be doing some 3D modeling and light gaming at medium settings, the ventilation doesn't look that great.

- Answer The ventilation is average. It will get somewhat hot playing most med-high end games, but the fan is great and it should easily handle it. For light gaming, the fan might kick in a little but it will NOT get hot. I have used Wings 3D, a 3d modeling program, and my notebook did not get hot at all. For more intensive usage and graphics it probably will get hotter.

- Answer Laptops are not designed to be charged via any USB port.. just not enough amperage and would take forever.... they will charge other smaller devices however that fit that type of connection. I don't recall any device that "charges" and accepts charges out of the same port??? Either the port charges or receives charge regardless. Ports can double as charge/data however.
