QuestionI like spec’s on this Asus especially the 12gb but, I could live with 8gb. Does this Asus heat up after 4+ hrs use? Would U unequivocally, purchase this Asus again.

- Answer I have only had this a few weeks, but have noticed no heating up after hours of use. I have it on my lap, but on a lap tray. Actually, it generates less heat than my old Asus did.

QuestionCan you increase the GB's of RAM? What is the max amount of GB's of RAM? How many GB can it handle per ram spot? How many RAM spots are there?

- Answer Yes you can increase the amount of RAM, the maximum amount this model supports is 16GB at 2400MHz. There are two RAM slots and it supports 8GB per slot.

- Answer Kind of. The best way to about is to have/find a student email, from K-12th grade or university email and you can get it installed for free. You wont have to worry about yearly costs even when the student graduates

- Answer Freecell doesn't come incorporated in WINDOWS 10, it needs to be download and installed from the Microsoft Store.

- Answer Mine came with m.2 250gb ssd. Looks like no prob changing. The almost exact other model comes with a 1tb hdd so idk about that one.
