I was able to solve this by following these directions: https://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/2/558749190911446231/ I downloaded the latest beta drivers (the .zip not the .exe) from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25541/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40- and basically you just go through the device manager, select the display drivers and update them with the contents of the .zip you downloaded by selecting the .inf file inside.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased this model it had the display issue and black screen, returned it and brought home an HP with the I7, It did the same thing. Brought it back and got the Asus 503 again. It will do the same thing if you use Edge or even Firefox, so I use Chrome. On the last visit to BB we showed the sales people that Asus, HP Lenovo, and the MS Surface all have the display issue. Hopefully MS or Intel come up with a cure. Best Buy has been great exchanging these without any fuss, not sure about the service they had no clue even though its all over the internet
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I occasionally have those same error messages, but it doesn't seem to affect performance, just annoying. From the few times I've tried it, I decided MS Edge is not stable enough for regular use. I am sticking with Chrome.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. After reading the reviews and finding out that others were having the problem too, I decided that it wasn't just the unit I purchased but an issue with the model itself. I returned mine and purchased an HP.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.YES!! I cannot tell you how many hours of my life I have spent dealing with this issue. I bought one, had the issue you described, returned it for the same model, and had the exact same issue. I returned it this evening to Best Buy. The manager said there has been no recall so they'll keep selling them. I am now without a computer for the first time in 25 years. Thanks ASUS!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't have this computer yet but I've read about a "zillion" reviews tonight for this and a similar HP computer and keep seeing this issue mentioned and it seems to be an issue between Microsoft Edge and Windows 10 - most people seemed to solve this issue by installing Chrome (I don't know if Firefox would also solve it - but I'm using a new HP computer with Win 10, and I chose to use Firefox instead of Edge, I don't know if I would have had the same issue with this computer or not, since I don't know if they have the same Display Driver). Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
