• This model features Cortana, which allows you to use her like a search tool, much like Apples Siri. Furthermore if you are referring to like a voice activated password there are certain programs you can download for that.

• That's more an issue for software. Yes, Windows 10 supports voice recognition through it's Cortana system. Dictation software like Dragon NaturallySpeaking will work just fine.

• If you're talking about the voice assistant, any device with Windows 10 and a microphone can use Cortana. And as long as you have a microphone (which this laptop does) any recent version of windows will include speech recognition for things like dictation.
