• Windows Media Player can play DVD's. It is included with WIndows 10 on all devices including this one. If you are having trouble or do not like Windows Media Player, download VLC player from www.videolan.org

• Well it comes pre-loaded with Windows Media player..which you need to search for on PC and click the install button. And windows media player should play all your dvds, music cds, etc

• Its quite annoying as to why Microsoft decided to kill off media player, but nonetheless they did. So you'll have to search the Windows store or online for a solution. Hopefully, video playback isn't the main reason you purchased a computer, bc a dvd player would have been a cheaper solution, no need to get angry just making small talk.
