My screen has locked up multiple times and I receive display driver error messages frequently. I contacted Best Buy's Geek Squad. They thought the wrong driver may have been installed for this computer. They remotely went into the computer. All I could see them doing is updates and removing many temporary internet files. It did show my system crashed. It has been running fine since the service call.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The display driver crashing is a common problem with windows 10. It is nothing to do with asus
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't had any issues with the screen, and I've had the computer for about 2 months now. I actually got this one because the lenovo edge 2 I got before it had display driver issues within the first month owning it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought my first one, it was having those screen issues with the display driver, so I was worried in the future it would have the same problem, so I returned it. Got a brand new one, same thing. So i dealt with it and have been for 2 or so monthes and I guess I haven't noticed it as much anymore. But another issue which just came up is I am all of a sudden not able to scroll with two fingers like I normally do on the pc. So I might contact Asus or Best Buy to fix it.
