• I just got off the Best Buy "chat line" with customer support rep Allenessa. She said that the only difference between the two models is the color. Black Matte is more expensive. Otherwise, they are exactly the same.

• LoL no colour is not the difference. The only difference is Windows ink. matte black is morr expensive because it have windows ink option

• One more thing - in reviewing the two product descriptions it appears that the T20 is "Built for Windows Ink" whereas the T15 is not. When visiting our local BB store, the salesman said that the hinges are better on the T20. It is unique to BB and therefore specified by them to have the better hinges. Hope this helps!
