Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I registered this product with ASUS, I entered Q551LN (as given on box) but ASUS changed the registration to a Q551LB when I looked at my device page and while there was an edit button, it would not allow me to correct the model number back to LN and trying to find a way to correct the device registry, I ended up at Microsoft device/account registration where it had automatically registered the device as a DESKTOP! When I deleted that erroneous model device from Microsoft acct, Microsoft wanted me to delete my account and does not show a Windows 10 device by ASUS listed for support under either 2 in 1's or notebooks...so I am at a loss to correct things and fear that the Windows auto updates/drivers from both ASUS and Microsoft will be for the wrong models and mess up my blooming romance with this sweet machine that handles 15 tabs open and 4 pending downloads while printing 3 tab pages...silently like a champ. Anyone else in this jam?
