• Yes. I have this monitor set up with my PS4 and Mac Mini. Also, not sure what that port does. I only use the HDMI ports and audio out for my speakers. Great monitor! No issues yet.

• I do not know exactly which jack you are referring to on the back, but yes it is good for gaming, that's what I use it for and I only have one.

• This is awesome for gaming, I highly recommend it. I have 2 for gaming. The ports on the back are: 2 HDMI, 1 VGA, 1 Audio in(The lighter jack), 1 Audio out(the black jack). I would avoid using any of the Audio ports. But the Picture and response time is perfect.

• Yes; this monitor is even designed for setting up multi-displays for gaming (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_-D-S1nr-4 ). The light green port/jack is for AUDIO IN because this monitor comes with 4-Watt speakers (total). So you can plug in your computer to this monitor.
