“Does this all in one have the power to support photo and video editing with Photoshop/Premiere Elements? I would prefer to buy an all in one rather than a desktop.”

I think it would work fine. We bought 6 and use them for a number of different tasks. One of them has been used for adobe suite apps. It worked fine for photoshop but was a bit laggy in premiere pro.
