• The in-store warranty that I got when I purchased this monitor was 4 years. If Geek squad cant fix it same day, you get a brand new panel for free. Well worth it in my opinion. I have 2 of these monitors and they are awesome. Customer service through both Asus as well as Best buy have never done me wrong.

• 3 years and you have to pay to have it shipped to asus and are required to pay for any non-asus used parts. Don't buy this screen everyone i have recieved was defective in some way.
