Yes you can! Reference your computer specifications though as some older computers may not support multiple displays. You need to use a DVI cable or a Displayport cable in order to utilize the 144 Hz of the monitor though.

Your GPU ports need to have Displayport, HDMI, or DVI inputs. All you do is use a Displayport cable to one monitor and a DVI or HDMI cable in the other running from the GPU input/ output and Windows will automatically see the extra monitor.
