• The only other way is with the display port connection HDMI does not support 144hz

• if you dont have a DVI port, you will need to use a DISPLAY PORT. Onboard graphics cards on low-end computers can sometimes omit the DVI port. Adding a new Video Card, will add Display Port and DVI ports to your computer. HDMI will only give you a max of 60hz (fyi)

• You need a graphics card that has a display on it.. most middle to high end Nvidia and Radeon cards will have atleast one and up to 3 on the card.

• This monitor has an HDMI port available.
