Be sure the Xbox is connected via HDMI and that the external speaker is connected to the Xbox. If you’re plugging the external speaker directly into the monitor you’ll have to change the sound d settings to allow the speakers to work properly
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had this problem too but the speakers work! I'm sure you can definitely see this in the menu bar and if you go all the way down to system preferences, you should be able to see the volume option.
