“Is this monitor able to produce actual sound? answer plz”

• These monitors have an AUX-IN to play sound through the built in speakers on the back. They also have a headphone out jack for headphones or even other speakers. I run my Bluray through an HDMI cable and output sound to headphones this way.

• Yes it does have its own speakers, but they are weak, I guess I could have marked it down a star for that, but at least they have speakers... and they work..

• Yes the sound button is located when you press the menu button then select system setup to find the volume level

• It does have built in speakers and a input connector that your PC can plug in to. Check out ASUS website for more detail. This is a fantastic monitor. http://www.asus.com/us/Monitors/VG248QE/

• THere are 2 small 2watt tiny speakers. an audio cable is supplied with the monitor. Its nice you can hook the monitor to the computer via DVI (cable supplied) and a audio cable. Plus hook a gaming console to the monitor via HDMI and have sound from the console as well.

• Yes. You can hear the gaming but my son uses earphones because it can be too loud.
