• No, it has neither. This monitor actually came out before g-sync did, and if you google it you will see Nvidia actually had a separate board you could swap out that would make it g-sync. I believe it retailed around $200, and I actually won one in a giveaway. The difference wasn't worth the $200 it would have cost IMO.
