• I'm not sure if it was labelled incorrectly, but this is NOT a Freesync monitor. The monitor will still refresh at 144hz with 1ms response time. Whether or not you get 144 FPS is entirely dependant on the games your planning on running, their settings, and your computers specs. Honestly though a GTX 1060 will be about to run most modern games at 144 FPS if it's set to run at 1080p. Tldr: yes it will look great with a GTX 1060 and you will be getting 144hz refresh rate

• It will work, you lose the ability to use the "vSync" setting in certain games/apps but 99% of the time you don't want to have vSync enabled anyways.
