• From the looks of it, the monitor is 144Hz. The Xbox One does not support 144Hz, it runs between 30 and 60 FPS, not 144FPS. However, you can still use this Monitor with the Xbox one., though you will not be able to use it to the fullest.

• It will work, yes but you will not reap the 144hz motion benefit (which is the big selling point on this monitor) as HDMI does not support 144hz.

• Yes it would work but it would be wasted because no consoles can use the 144hz this monitor can display. Could find a cheaper monitor that would work just as good.

• Yes it would work but this monitor is actually designed for PC gaming. The 144hz would need to be set in graphic property but consoles wouldn't do this. It would set 60hz automatically for Xbox one. If I was you I would search for "monitor for gaming consoles". They would be better choice for ur Xbox one.

• Absolutely. Ignore the 144mhz. using the HDMI port the monitor will automatically refresh at 60 hz. the 1ms response time is what is important.
